Post-Natal Re-Introduction to Core

This class, intended for mothers minimum 8 weeks post-partum, will introduce the basics of core and pelvic floor muscle function, and how to incorporate them into movement. The goal of this class is to help you to safely and effectively promote recovery and re-introduce activity post-delivery.
